We are seeking a dedicated male executive holding a valid Qatar driving license and QID, preferably from Kerala, for a full-time role based in Al Hilal. This position combines responsibilities in property maintenance and accounting, focusing on managing company rental properties and overseeing the upkeep of our villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities for company-owned villas ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
• Oversee rental property management duties including coordination with tenants and service providers.
• Handle accounting tasks related to property management and maintenance budgets.

Requirements

• Male candidate with valid Qatar driving license and QID.
• Candidate must be of Keralite origin.
• Proven ability to manage both maintenance operations and accounting functions effectively.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position located in the Al Hilal area of Qatar.
