Coca-Cola Al Mana W.L.L. is seeking a detail-oriented Settlement Accountant to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing daily financial settlements, verifying collections, and supporting month-end reconciliation processes within a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in daily cash and bank transactions and assisting with billing and invoicing queries.

Key Responsibilities

The Settlement Accountant will be entrusted with several critical accounting duties, including:

• Verifying daily cash, cheque, and bank transfer collections to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Completing daily settlements and clearing billing documents promptly.
• Preparing bank deposit slips and following up on collections to maintain smooth cash flow.
• Maintaining the custody and proper documentation of post-dated cheques.
• Generating daily reports related to collections, shipments, and management for review and record-keeping.
• Verifying invoices and processing manual orders to support sales and finance operations.
• Assisting with month-end closing activities and conducting account reconciliations.
• Providing support to the sales team by addressing settlement and invoicing queries efficiently.

Working Hours and Environment

This position operates from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, six days a week. The role offers a dynamic workplace within the well-established Coca-Cola Al Mana company, known for its professional culture and commitment to excellence.
