Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and preparing accurate financial reports. A crucial part of the role involves payroll processing in compliance with Qatar’s payroll policies and the Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring timely and precise salary management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 to 2 years of practical accounting experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred but not essential.
• Strong grasp of Qatar’s payroll regulations and WPS compliance.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general accounting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical thinking paired with effective communication skills.
