Key Responsibilities

The Internal Audit Executive / Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of the company. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough financial audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Detecting and investigating instances of fraud, financial manipulation, or irregularities.
• Performing in-depth inventory and manufacturing audits to monitor accuracy and control.
• Evaluating and enhancing internal control systems and operational processes for improved efficiency.
• Compiling clear, concise reports and maintaining accurate documentation for audit findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in auditing or accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in identifying fraud, financial inconsistencies, and compliance violations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
