Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to support the accounts department of a dynamic fruit and vegetable trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts data entry and maintaining basic accounting records with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Tally ERP is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry tasks related to accounts and financial transactions.
• Maintain and update accurate accounting records.
• Support the accounting team by ensuring the data integrity of financial information.
• Utilize accounting software, with preference given to candidates familiar with Tally ERP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in accounts data entry or a related administrative role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP software is a plus.
