NBOX Logistics is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting skills to manage the full accounts receivable cycle efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an Arab national with exceptional Arabic communication skills and a good command of English.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing customer invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection of cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. Additionally, the role includes handling customer reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and liaising with internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounts receivable or credit and collections.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems including Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally.
• Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, with a good command of English.
