Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Accountant and Online Sales Coordinator to join our team at our location in Abu Hamour, Qatar. This role combines accounting expertise with online sales operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks while coordinating online sales activities efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, overseeing inventory-related accounts, and ensuring seamless online sales order handling. Collaborating with the sales team and supporting operational activities within the supermarket or hypermarket sector are essential to success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting and sales operations experience within Qatar, ideally in supermarket or hypermarket settings.
• Strong command of MS Excel for managing spreadsheets, financial data, and sales reports.
• Proficiency in handling accounts management and coordinating online sales platforms.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities to juggle accounting and sales duties.
• Age preference below 40 years.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must hold a transferable local visa or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) as per Qatar labor regulations to be eligible for company transfer. This is mandatory and ensures compliance with visa and employment guidelines.
