Job Overview

G Max Hypermarket in Qatar is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant and Data Encoder to become a key part of their expanding finance team. This role demands strong organizational skills and precision in both accounting duties and data management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage daily financial records, including invoices, receipts, petty cash, and payments. Attention to accurate data entry is essential to ensure the integrity of accounting records. The role also requires careful handling of bookkeeping tasks and seamless coordination with other departments to maintain an efficient accounting workflow.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Familiarity with accounting software applications
• Strong data entry capabilities with high accuracy
• Good command of English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining precision

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of handling invoices, receipts, petty cash, payments, and other accounting documents
• Valid Qatar ID with NOC or Transferable Visa is mandatory
• Previous work experience in Qatar is preferred
• Immediate availability to join the team
