Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee our ERP development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in .NET technologies and hands-on leadership experience to guide development efforts, manage daily technical activities, and deliver high-quality software solutions integrated with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

As Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing and supporting a group of developers by providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Your role includes planning and managing day-to-day tasks such as application fixes, upgrades, and enhancements. You will also design and implement key technical components supporting architecture, operational maintenance, and seamless technology integration. In addition, you will lead discussions on information technology strategies and oversee the deployment of new technologies to improve business processes.

Required Skills

• Four to eight years of full-time experience leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular (including Angular 2+), Entity Framework, and .NET Core.
• Ability to interpret and translate business development documentation into technical solutions.
• Experience designing and building web-based applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance profiling.
• Expertise in writing efficient and optimized T-SQL queries.
• Experience creating unit tests to ensure code quality.
