Job Overview

Matech CO is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join their team in Karsaz, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in managing, supporting, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure seamless IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Network Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to users navigating the network, administer daily network operations, and monitor overall network usage. The role also involves training staff on newly implemented systems and technologies to enhance productivity.

Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with planning and suggesting IT solutions to improve business processes, ensuring all IT systems adhere to the latest industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong technical support capabilities related to network environments
• Experience working with email systems, including Mailer Daemon and Exchange
• Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or DigitalOcean
• Hands-on experience with wireless routers, including Ubiquity or similar brands
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Domain Controller management

Requirements

Candidates should have a solid background spanning 4 to 6 years in network support engineering or a closely related field. The role is located in Karsaz, Karachi.
