Job Overview

Skyelectric Pakistan is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Lead to join their team in Islamabad. This role requires 2-5 years of experience and a strong educational background, ideally a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and stay abreast of the latest innovations in AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Lead, you will guide your team in developing and maintaining end-to-end machine learning pipelines. You are expected to support the engineering department in shaping the technical strategy, particularly in evaluating and adopting open source and third-party ML infrastructure solutions. Staying current with advancements in machine learning frameworks and environments will be a crucial part of your role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming and strong analytical abilities
• Experience with deploying and managing machine learning pipelines
• Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Familiarity with popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, as well as SQL databases
• Practical experience applying machine learning techniques to Time Series data
• Working knowledge of AWS, Git, Big Data technologies, and solid software engineering principles is advantageous

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required. Candidates with proven experience in leading ML projects and teams will be highly preferred.
