Job Overview

Aman Foundation is seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join its Head Office team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and possess prior experience in a similar role. Candidates should be prepared to work in shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Analyst will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of IT hardware and network systems. Core duties include troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, printers, and multimedia devices, as well as handling network connection problems effectively. The role involves installing, testing, and configuring new workstations, peripheral devices, and software to support organizational needs.

Additional responsibilities include addressing UPS and power-related issues, monitoring call center hardware, and resolving any technical malfunctions. The candidate will escalate critical issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables to project managers, the IT team, and relevant vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Monitoring and managing Data Center services also falls under this role, with prompt escalation to the appropriate teams and vendors as necessary to maintain operational continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in an IT Analyst or similar technical support role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, network, and peripheral devices
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
• Experience with monitoring and managing UPS and power systems
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and vendors
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
