Aman Foundation is looking for an IT Analyst for its Head office.

The incumbent must at least be a Bachelors of Computer Science/IT with prior experience in a similar position. Please note the incumbent should be willing to work in shifts

Job Description:

Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, printers, multimedia
Troubleshooting of Network Connection and its problem
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
Troubleshoot of UPS and power related issues
Call Center hardware monitoring and issue rectification
Escalate issues that are adversely impacting the project schedule or deliverable completion to the project manager, IT Team and the concerned vendors.
Data Center service monitoring and escalation to relevant team and vendors
