Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team, providing top-notch desktop and network troubleshooting services. This role requires hands-on experience with hardware, software, and Microsoft Windows environments, preferably with exposure to telecom systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related problems quickly.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance technical support processes and deliver quality service.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical requests during office hours.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or Telecom from an HEC-recognized university.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in technical support, focusing on desktop and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Telecom experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule and Location

The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). The workplace is located in Block 5, Clifton, Karachi.
