Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, particularly in finance and supply chain domains, and practical experience with ERP implementation projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting ERP deployment across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

The ERP Functional Consultant will contribute to the successful implementation and configuration of ERP systems by understanding client requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for ERP optimization.
• Supporting ERP deployment from planning through execution phases.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation related to ERP functionalities and user requirements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and project progress.
• Collaborating closely with technical teams during system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Traveling both within the country and internationally as needed to support onsite activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, information technology, or related fields, with preference given to finance and supply chain specialization.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with business processes and ERP implementations.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Flexibility to travel frequently across cities and internationally to support the implementation team.
