Job Overview

WI HR CONSULTANT is seeking a Deputy General Manager of Engineering to join a leading garments, denim, and textile company based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will hold a BE degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and bring 10 to 12 years of extensive experience in maintenance, utilities, and electrical operations within the garments or textile sector.

Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy General Manager of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and utility systems to ensure smooth production workflows. This includes managing electrical engineering tasks, leading maintenance teams, and optimizing operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, utilities, and electrical functions specific to the garments, denim, or textile industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to handle complex engineering operations in a production setting

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between PKR 300,000 and 400,000, along with other benefits tailored to attract experienced professionals.
