We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit Associate to join our Internal Audit Department. This role requires an individual with 2-3 years of experience specializing in risk-based internal auditing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and practical post-audit experience within accounts and finance. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be actively involved in both pre-audit and post-audit activities, ensuring a comprehensive audit process. Responsibilities include assessing risk areas, analyzing financial data for discrepancies, and supporting the audit team to enhance business controls and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in risk-based internal audit
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques related to auditing
• Experience with accounts and finance in a post-audit capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Educational background in ACCA, CA-inter, or MBA
