Available Positions and Responsibilities

The company is recruiting for the following positions:

• Heavy-Duty Drivers (HDD): Responsible for operating heavy vehicles such as trailers, tankers, HIAB trucks, dumpers, tippers, and ready-mix trucks safely and efficiently. Drivers will be expected to follow all safety protocols and ensure timely delivery and transportation.
• Equipment Controllers – JCB, Roller, and Tool Carrier: These roles involve managing and operating specialized heavy equipment. Controllers will be tasked with ensuring the proper use, maintenance, and safety compliance of machinery on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must meet specific certification and experience requirements depending on the role:

• Heavy-Duty Drivers: A valid Oman Driving Licence with more than five years of experience is essential. Applicants should also hold the Oman Logistics Association (OLA) Certificate and OPAL Defensive Driving Certificate. Proven experience operating various heavy vehicles like trailers, tankers, HIAB trucks, dumpers, tippers, or ready-mix trucks is required.
• Equipment Controllers: Candidates must possess a valid Oman Driving Licence with at least five years of driving experience. Additionally, they should have an OPAL Lifting Certificate and a valid RTITB Competent Card relevant to the equipment they will operate (JCB, Roller, or Tool Carrier).
