Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding Executive to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This role requires an experienced professional, preferably female, with a strong background in handling customs clearance and freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing import and export documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, customs authorities, and transporters, ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customs clearance procedures and documentation efficiently.
• Managing freight forwarding activities and coordinating shipments.
• Preparing and verifying import and export shipping documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Oman Customs regulations including Bayan procedures.
• Liaising and staying in constant communication with shipping lines, customs officials, and transporters to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all shipping activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of practical experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of shipping line processes and documentation requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of import and export documentation standards.
• Familiarity with Oman Customs regulations, including Bayan procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to ensure clarity and accuracy.
