Available Positions and Key Qualifications

• Project Manager: Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 20 years’ experience in project management within Oman or GCC countries. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of engineering processes for real estate and infrastructure projects. Salary range: 800-1300 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Quality Control (QC) Manager: Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 12 years of experience, including 8 years in QA/QC management for real estate projects. Salary range: 800-1300 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Planning Manager: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10 years overall experience and 8 years specifically in project planning and cost control in real estate projects. Salary range: 800-1300 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Construction Manager: Requires civil engineering degree and 20 years’ experience managing real estate or infrastructure construction projects in Oman or GCC. Salary range: 800-1300 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Senior Interface Engineer (Project Engineer) – Omani Nationals Only: Bachelor’s degree and 12 years experience, including 8 years in managing complex project interfaces for real estate or infrastructure projects. Salary: 1400 OMR.
• HSE Manager – Omani Nationals Only: Bachelor’s or professional degree in HSE management, NEBOSH certification preferred, with at least 12 years experience including 8 years in GCC real estate or infrastructure projects. Salary: 2000 OMR.
• HSE Advisor – Omani Nationals Only: Professional qualification in HSE supervision with a minimum of 6 years related experience in real estate or infrastructure projects. Salary: 500-800 OMR.
• Site Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in engineering and minimum of 8 years experience, including 6 years in design and material selection for real estate projects. Salary range: 600-800 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• QA/QC Engineer (Civil/MEP): Bachelor’s degree with 8 years related experience and 5 years in QA/QC management for real estate projects. Salary: 400 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Draftsman (Civil/MEP): Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or relevant fields, with 3-5 years experience in electrical or design engineering, preferably in construction or industrial sectors. Salary range: 300-350 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying with 10 years experience, proficient in contract administration and pre/post contract QS tasks, additional infrastructure project experience is advantageous. Salary: 700 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• HR Manager: Bachelor’s or professional degree in information management with 10 years experience, including 8 years in document and information control for real estate/infrastructure projects. Salary range: 600-800 OMR + accommodation + transportation.
• Excavator Operator: Prior experience operating excavators, preferably 3-5 years in construction, with basic knowledge of machinery mechanics and safety protocols. Salary: 150+20 OMR + overtime + accommodation + transportation.
