Job Overview

AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners are currently recruiting skilled professionals to join their team for several key roles in Oman. We are seeking Site Supervisors specialized in water and wastewater projects, QC Supervisors, and Land Surveyors experienced in major infrastructure, building, and structural developments.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring the execution of water and wastewater projects aligns with quality and safety standards. This includes managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating between various teams to maintain project timelines and compliance.

QC Supervisors will ensure quality control protocols are strictly adhered to, inspecting materials, work processes, and final outputs to guarantee project excellence.

Land Surveyors are expected to perform surveying duties for infrastructure, building, and structural projects. Responsibilities include conducting land measurements, preparing detailed survey data, and coordinating with project teams to integrate survey outputs effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Site and QC Supervisors.
• Strong site supervision and coordination capabilities, with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration onsite.
• Land Surveyors must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working on major infrastructure, building, or structural projects with contractors or consultants.
• Proficiency in surveying tools such as AutoCAD and GIS software.
• In-depth knowledge of surveying methods and the ability to manage site coordination efficiently.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Salalah for Land Surveyor positions.
