Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing processes of aluminium and uPVC doors and windows. This role is based in Ghala Industrial City, Oman, and involves leading production operations to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and managing manpower and machinery to meet production targets. This includes supervising quality control procedures, managing inventory levels, coordinating delivery schedules, and overseeing installation processes. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and controlling budgets are also integral parts of the role. The successful candidate will drive smooth daily operations while continuously seeking ways to enhance productivity and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in metal or plastic fabrication industries
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years in a managerial or senior leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of aluminium and uPVC fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with CNC operations, cutting, welding, glazing, hardware fitting, and assembly processes
