Fibre & Acrylic Industries LLC is seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to lead and manage production activities at our facilities in Rusayl and Khazaen Industrial City, Oman. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires overseeing daily production tasks, including managing manpower and machinery to meet production targets. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety protocols, reducing waste, and maintaining product quality. Coordinating training sessions for staff and ensuring routine maintenance of equipment also fall under this role. Additionally, the supervisor will handle production reporting and support daily operational activities to optimize workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments is essential. Familiarity with GRP/FRP, panel water tanks, or SMC moulding processes is highly valued. Practical knowledge in acrylic thermoforming and SMC/DMC compression moulding techniques is also required to effectively supervise specialized production lines.
