Key Responsibilities

As a member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality French pastries and bakery items. The Head Baker will lead the production process, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards. The Assistant Baker will support daily baking operations under the guidance of the Head Baker. Both roles require maintaining a clean and organized workspace while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in French pastry and baking techniques, particularly croissants, danishes, and donuts.
• Demonstrated professional experience in bakery and pastry production.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards in product quality and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
