We are seeking a dedicated and skilled lady barista with at least two years of professional experience to join our team at either the Qurum or Al Hail branch in Oman. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with a competitive monthly salary ranging from 180 to 200 OMR. The position requires commitment to daily operations and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring a pleasant experience
• Handle customer orders accurately and manage inventory responsibly

Requirements

• Must be a Filipina with a minimum of two years experience as a barista
• Willingness to work at either the Qurum or Al Hail branch in Oman
• Available to work 10 hours daily with a one-hour break
• Ability to work 1 day off per week as scheduled
• Visa ready and available for immediate joining

Work Conditions and Salary

The role offers a salary package between 180 and 200 OMR per month. The working hours are 10 hours each day, including a one-hour break, with one day off per week. This position provides a structured yet dynamic work environment suitable for those passionate about the coffee industry.
