Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Business Development Managers to join teams across Dubai, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, focusing on selling IT software solutions to the banking sector and other industries within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. There are six vacancies in total, offering competitive salaries based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive sales of IT software products including SharePoint, Mobile applications, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft AX and SAGE.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within target markets, especially within banking institutions.
- Identify business opportunities and develop tailored proposals aligning with customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines and report regularly on progress and market insights.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong sales background with 4 to 7 years of experience, depending on the position.
- Proven record in selling IT software solutions, preferably within the banking and financial sectors.
- Expertise in SharePoint, Mobile application solutions, RPA, or ERP systems (Microsoft AX, SAGE).
- Market-specific experience is essential: candidates must have relevant expertise in the Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, or GCC markets as per the assigned location.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Vacancy Locations and Specifics
- Dubai – 3 vacancies: One role requires 6 to 7 years’ experience in IT software sales targeting banks across the GCC, focusing on Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Two other roles require 4 to 6 years’ experience in sales of SharePoint, Mobile applications, RPA, or ERP.
- Oman – 1 vacancy: 4 to 6 years’ sales experience in the aforementioned software products with strong Oman market knowledge. Candidates must be based in Oman or Dubai.
- Saudi Arabia – 2 vacancies: Candidates with 4 to 6 years of sales experience and deep understanding of the Saudi market are preferred. Expertise in SharePoint, Mobile apps, RPA, or ERP is required.
Compensation
Salaries range between AED 15,000 and AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience and role.
