Job Overview

Talent Arabia is seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Specialist to join their team in Oman. This role focuses on supporting and managing IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 services. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of hands-on experience in this area, alongside a solid educational background in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. You will also handle Windows Server management and work within virtualization environments. Supporting network infrastructure is a core part of the role, including troubleshooting wireless connectivity and VPN issues. In addition, managing backups, infrastructure operations, and resolving complex technical issues at the L2 level are essential duties.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network infrastructure, particularly wireless and VPN
• Experience in managing backup solutions and infrastructure operations
• Skilled in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical incidents

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience supporting IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are important for success in this role.
