Foundations of Prevention is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Medina. The role centers on promoting and selling our innovative safety helmets designed to enhance workplace safety across various industries. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales and a genuine interest in safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from identifying prospective clients to closing deals. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
• Presenting product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits of safety helmets.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales pipelines using CRM software.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet overall company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) or related safety products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver effective product presentations.
• Efficient organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but relevant experience will also be considered.
