Al Adwaa Factory for Lighting Fixtures is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join their team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 2 to 10 years of sales experience, looking to contribute to a growing company by driving retail sales and strengthening customer relationships in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding the client base while consistently meeting monthly retail sales targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting existing and potential B2C customers, building lasting relationships, and effectively addressing any client concerns. Maintaining accurate records of sales pipelines and submitting weekly activity reports are also essential components of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, particularly within B2B and retail environments.
• Strong understanding of the Madinah area to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management abilities.
• Valid Saudi Driving License and transferable Iqama.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
