Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Steel Fixer Supervisors to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing steel fixing operations on construction sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while coordinating with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Steel Fixer Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing steel fixing activities, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You will oversee work schedules, monitor progress, and report on daily operations to maintain productivity and safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama is mandatory
• The profession must be classified as “big” (experienced and certified in steel fixing)

Salary and Benefits

The offered salary is 20 SAR per hour for the Steel Fixer Supervisor role. Additional benefits include company-provided accommodation and transportation. Note that the first salary payment will be processed after 40 days of employment.

Work Schedule

The position requires a 10-hour workday, six days per week, totaling 26 working days and approximately 260 hours per month.
