Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer and Site Manager to join our team in Medina. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in building, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves full project oversight, including designing, reviewing, and implementing project plans according to requirements. You will be responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning activities, while maintaining close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to secure necessary approvals and ensure smooth execution. Additionally, preparing and reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals will be a key part of your tasks. Compliance with project specifications and industry standards is essential throughout all stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with HCIS Directives and prior work on projects in Saudi Arabia will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, able to work independently or collaboratively, and have strong communication and documentation skills. Working effectively under pressure, especially in mission-critical environments, is crucial.

Additional Qualifications and Work Conditions

Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations is required to ensure safety compliance through the duration of the project. The role demands strong decision-making abilities to promptly address issues and implement corrective measures. Proficiency in project management software for planning, scheduling, and reporting is also expected. Candidates must be willing to work remotely when necessary and occasionally outside regular hours.

Important Information

This position prefers freelancer candidates currently located in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Transfers are not considered at this stage; however, satisfactory performance may lead to transfer opportunities after 3 to 4 months.
