Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to join a leading construction team based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management within large-scale construction or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project controls including:

• Planning and scheduling project activities to ensure timely completion
• Implementing effective cost control measures and managing budgets
• Monitoring performance metrics to track progress and identify deviations
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Generating comprehensive reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders involved in various construction and infrastructure projects

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in project controls or project planning roles
• Extensive expertise working with large-scale construction or EPC projects
• Strong analytical skills to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments managing complex infrastructure projects

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines is required:

• Engineering
• Construction Management
• Project Management

Typical Work Environment

The role will involve working on diverse construction sites, including major infrastructure and mega projects, requiring close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
