We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia, specializing in hotel construction and upscale fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in quality management systems and a proven track record in high-end finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control throughout the construction processes. This includes managing the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting thorough inspections and testing, and ensuring all documentation and reporting are meticulously handled. Coordination of snagging processes and smooth handover to clients will also be essential duties in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry
• Extensive background in hotel construction projects
• Strong expertise in luxury fit-out projects and high-end finishing works
• Proficient in quality control inspections, testing, and reporting

Education and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is required to be considered for this position.
