Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to oversee a major hotel construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, combined with proven expertise in project controls for large-scale developments, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. The Project Control Manager will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved efficiency throughout the construction phase. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate reporting and forecasting is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in project control roles, ideally on large construction projects, with a preference for hospitality or hotel developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel for project planning and analysis.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and forecast project outcomes effectively.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are advantageous.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia and the ability to join immediately will be highly valued.
