Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage construction site operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, coordinate teams, and ensure that projects follow approved plans and safety regulations. This role demands a hands-on leader with solid construction knowledge and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks on the construction site to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractors, workers, and equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to meet company and local regulations.
• Inspect ongoing construction work to confirm adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and report daily progress updates, challenges, and any delays to the Project Manager.
• Manage site materials effectively to optimize usage and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues by collaborating with engineers and project teams.
• Maintain thorough site documentation including daily reports, attendance logs, and progress records.
• Ensure the construction site remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with multiple departments and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of preparing clear reports and updates.
• Willingness to relocate for the position in Medina.
