We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with over five years of experience working in Saudi Arabia. Alongside this opportunity, candidates with expertise as Land Surveyors possessing a similar level of experience in the region are also encouraged to apply. This position is based in Medina and offers a chance to contribute to significant construction and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction activities to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Coordinate with teams to manage site operations effectively and safely.
• Conduct land surveying duties with precision, ensuring accurate measurements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor or Land Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi Arabia residence permit (Iqama) and other necessary legal documents.
• Completed and current Ajeer registration.
• Muqeem membership in good standing.
• Valid passport and medical fitness certificate.
• Possession of valid insurance documents.
