Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team specializing in customized gifts and promotional products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating technical machines critical to producing high-quality branded items, souvenirs, and personalized gifts. This role requires a professional capable of independently running and maintaining various machinery while ensuring all orders are completed on time and to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The machine operator will be responsible for managing multiple equipment types including laser cutters, engravers, CNC routers, and specialized printers. Daily duties include preparing artwork files, setting up machines, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. Maintaining excellent product quality and meeting deadlines is essential in this position.

• Operate and maintain laser cutting and engraving machines, CNC routers, DTF printers, and UV printers.
• Produce customized gifts, promotional materials, and unique souvenir items.
• Prepare and adjust artwork files for machine processing as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Perform machine setups, regular troubleshooting, and preventive upkeep.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must bring a minimum of two years experience in operating similar machinery, preferably within the gift and promotional product industry. Strong knowledge of machine settings, material handling, and finishing techniques is vital to success. The role demands a detail-oriented, reliable individual who can work independently while managing time effectively to fulfill production targets.

• At least 2 years of relevant technical machine operation experience.
• Proficient in handling customized gift and promotional item production.
• Familiarity with machine configurations, materials, and finishing processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results on schedule.
• Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to detail.

Work Location and Compensation

This position is based in Saudi Arabia. The salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience and skill level.
