Job Overview

HungerStation is currently expanding its delivery team in Mecca and is looking for experienced and reliable Delivery Drivers. This position offers a competitive salary with additional performance-based bonuses and provides comprehensive company support including a vehicle, fuel, and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver for HungerStation, your main responsibility is to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food orders to customers across Mecca. Meeting and exceeding monthly delivery targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards is crucial to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from SAR 2,500 to SAR 2,700
• Performance bonus of SAR 8 for every order completed beyond 530 orders per month
• Potential to earn up to SAR 5,000 per month depending on deliveries
• Company-provided vehicle and fuel coverage
• Accommodation provided by the company
• Immediate Naqal Kafala (sponsorship transfer) for eligible candidates
• Company covers expenses for Iqama profession change and driving license updates when applicable

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Saudi driving license
• Iqama with a minimum of three months validity
• Ability to meet delivery targets consistently while demonstrating reliability and professionalism
• Eligible candidates for first Naqal Kafala transfer will have all costs covered by the company
• Candidates with second Naqal Kafala are welcome to apply, although transfer fees will be the driver’s responsibility
