Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician and Mechanic with expertise in servicing Caterpillar generators and similar heavy-duty engines. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ hands-on experience, preferably having worked with authorized dealers. This role is based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and requires a combination of technical proficiency and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing generator engines such as CAT and Perkins models. Troubleshooting expertise using diagnostic laptops is essential to quickly identify engine faults and implement effective solutions. Additionally, the candidate will prepare detailed inspection reports and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal generator performance.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience working with Caterpillar and Perkins engines
• Proficient in troubleshooting engine issues using diagnostic software and laptops
• Strong ability to write and communicate inspection reports
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Comfortable using PCs and technical tools for reporting and diagnostics

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have at least five years of experience working with dealer service centers or authorized workshops, demonstrating in-depth industry knowledge and hands-on skills.
