Job Overview

Sautic Information Technology is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects. This role involves managing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating across design, development, and technical teams as well as liaising with clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitoring progress, managing budgets, assessing risks, and resolving issues promptly are critical tasks. Additionally, preparing detailed project status reports and leading teams with clear direction and motivation are important aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing software or technology projects, with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential, along with a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Problem-solving, decision-making skills, and fluency in both English and Arabic will support effective project execution.
