Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Incharge to join our team in Mecca. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, accurate stock control, and seamless coordination of dispatch activities. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational standards and upholding safety protocols within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by maintaining precise records of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or surpluses, and conduct routine physical and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Implement proper stock rotation methods such as FIFO and FEFO to minimize waste and maintain product quality.
• Oversee the receiving process to verify incoming goods against purchase orders and inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure items are accurately labeled and stored in an organized manner to optimize space and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and appropriate environmental conditions within the warehouse.
• Coordinate order preparation and dispatch in line with approved invoices, ensuring accurate packing, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with logistics and transportation teams to guarantee on-time dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety and discipline standards.
• Keep thorough documentation by updating stock movements in the ERP system and maintaining records such as Goods Receipt Notes, delivery slips, and transfer documents.
• Generate regular inventory reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases to support operational transparency.
• Enforce compliance with safety policies, including proper storage and handling of hazardous materials like chemicals, perfumes, or flammables.
• Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and overall workplace safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP software for inventory and transaction tracking.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a warehouse team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Understanding of safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle physical demands of warehouse management.
