Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of a consolidated treasury management system for a client based in Bahrain. This project aims to streamline treasury operations by integrating front-to-back office processes, enhancing trade processing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal limits. The role demands coordination between various stakeholders to deliver a scalable, future-proof platform that supports both current and expanding treasury business needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project delivery lifecycle. This includes planning and directing DXC resources, coordinating tasks, and maintaining robust communication with BBK Bank stakeholders regarding project progress, changes, and resource allocation. The role also involves producing deliverables aligned with the project scope and schedule, ensuring smooth transition from IBOR to RFR, and facilitating the implementation of flexible regulatory limits.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project management, specifically within treasury or financial systems implementation.
• Strong capability in resource mobilization and detailed planning.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors (such as Finastra), and internal teams like DXC.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project scope and ability to align business requirements accordingly.
• Essential exposure to the Kondor platform, including upgrades and migration projects.
• Experience managing deliverables and release processes in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in managing projects within Middle Eastern banking institutions is advantageous.
• Fluency in English (C2 level) and proficiency in Arabic (B2 level) to ensure effective communication.
