Job Overview

Al Shamikh Al Rayida Company is looking to hire skilled Elevator Electrical Technicians to join their team across multiple locations including Mecca, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators, particularly those familiar with OTIS and KONE systems.

Key Responsibilities

The selected technicians will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related lifting equipment. Duties also include reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical manuals, diagnosing mechanical faults such as issues with hoisting machines, gearboxes, brakes, guide rails, doors, and suspension systems. Additionally, technicians will inspect equipment for wear or damage and ensure all maintenance tools, configurations, and spare parts are well maintained.

Technicians must coordinate with electrical teams and supervisors for major repair and modernization projects while adhering strictly to workplace safety standards, local regulations, and quality controls. Prompt response to emergency breakdowns and customer service requests is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an elevator or escalator technician.
• Proficiency with OTIS and KONE elevator systems highly preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical schematics and technical documents.
• Basic knowledge of Arabic and English to facilitate communication.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and punctuality.

Employment Details

The contract duration is one year with a transferable Iqama. Immediate openings are available for 8 elevator technicians and 4 escalator technicians. Candidates should be ready to work in various cities including Mecca and Riyadh.
