Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with over five years of professional experience in quality control and assurance within the precast building industry. The ideal candidate has a solid background in civil construction, especially in large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. This role requires someone who can effectively manage QA/QC inspections, documentation, and site supervision to ensure project success while complying with all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Civil Engineer will be responsible for coordinating closely with project consultants and teams to guarantee that all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines. Duties include conducting rigorous QA/QC inspections, preparing Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR), supervising on-site activities, and supporting the seamless execution of diverse civil engineering projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QC/QA roles focused on civil engineering and precast construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of site supervision and quality control processes.
- Proven ability to work on major Saudi Arabian projects such as Red Sea Global, Diriyah developments, and King Salman Air Base.
- Strong familiarity with project specifications, structural drawings, and HSE procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications
The candidate must have a transferable Iqama and be currently based in Saudi Arabia, with immediate availability to join ongoing or upcoming projects. Prior experience managing precast building construction and production quality is highly advantageous.
Work Environment
This position involves working on-site at major development projects in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh and Mecca. The role demands proactive supervision and thorough documentation management to uphold the highest quality standards and safety compliance.
