Job Overview

J & T Express is currently seeking experienced courier drivers to join their team for delivering shipments within the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This role is ideal for candidates with prior delivery experience who are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the shipment delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility involves timely and accurate delivery of shipments assigned by the warehouse. Couriers are expected to handle both prepaid (PP) and cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary starts at 3000 SAR or higher if the courier successfully delivers 1000 shipments within the month. Employees are required to work 26 days with 4 days off monthly. In addition to the base pay, couriers will earn a commission for every shipment delivered: 2 SAR for prepaid shipments and 3 SAR for cash on delivery shipments.

If the monthly delivery target of 1000 shipments is not met, the salary structure adjusts to a basic pay of 815 SAR plus additional payment based on the number of shipments completed.

The company provides vehicles and fuel for deliveries, ensuring couriers have the necessary tools to carry out their duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipment delivery.
• Valid identification and driving license are mandatory.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Applicants must be over 23 years of age.
• Private drivers and house workers are not eligible.
• Must be currently residing in Jeddah or Makkah and ready to attend training at the specified location.

Accommodation and meals are not provided by the company. This position does not require a transfer.
