We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless service experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will provide accurate details about our products and services while efficiently handling orders, returns, and special requests. Maintaining up-to-date customer records and working closely with internal departments to resolve issues promptly are essential tasks. Additionally, you will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction and prepare reports to monitor customer service activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory, along with good communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal abilities and a problem-solving mindset are important for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required. Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,500 and is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
