Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team in Makkah. This role involves overseeing export shipments from the moment orders are received until they reach their final destination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between various departments and external partners while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of export shipments, including:

• Coordinating shipment schedules and tracking progress to ensure timely deliveries.
• Preparing and verifying export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping paperwork.
• Collaborating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to resolve any shipment or documentation issues promptly.
• Maintaining clear communication with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align on export schedules.
• Ensuring full compliance with international export procedures and trade regulations.
• Keeping accurate export records and generating relevant reports as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate between different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage reports and shipment data.
• Experience with ERP software systems is a plus.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in export coordination or logistics roles is desirable.

Compensation and Location

This position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,500. The job is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, providing an excellent opportunity to build a career in the logistics and export industry within a dynamic environment.
