Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound calls and following up on leads. You will promote a range of essential services including courier solutions, last-mile delivery, warehousing, fulfillment, and other logistics offerings. Building and nurturing long-term business relationships from inquiries is also a vital part of the job, alongside meeting monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in tele sales, preferably within courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or express delivery sectors
• Fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with diverse clients
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships successfully
• Valid transferable residency status in Kuwait
