Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Officer, your primary focus will be identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction and building sectors. You will establish and maintain effective relationships with contracting companies, consulting firms, and engineering professionals. Presenting tailored technical and financial proposals to meet client requirements and successfully closing sales agreements will be essential. Maintaining ongoing communication to support clients and foster long-term partnerships is also part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within elevator systems, kitchen sales, aluminum, or related engineering fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve targets.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for work-related travel.
