Job Overview

Jashanmal is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Home Appliance sales division. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing a dynamic sales team, and strengthening relationships with key clients and retailers across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans tailored to the home appliance market. They will motivate and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Maintaining strong partnerships with major retailers and clients is essential, alongside monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Close collaboration with marketing and product teams will ensure cohesive efforts in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in appliance sales or a closely related field.
• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage and inspire sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales goals.
• Valid Kuwait visa is mandatory.
