We are currently seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ambitious and eager to build a successful career in sales. The role initially involves a 30-day probation period, with the potential to become a permanent position complete with a residence visa for those who demonstrate strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers, primarily business owners, to promote and sell products or services.
• Conduct field visits to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value of offerings to meet sales targets.
• Possibly drive to various locations, if you have a valid driving license and car, though this is optional.

Required Skills

• Fluent communication skills in English, Arabic, or both languages.
• Persuasive and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Previous experience in sales or field sales is preferred to hit the ground running.
• Basic ability to manage client interactions and follow-up.
